Function Description of Learning Code Key

1. Code Matching

Press and hold the motor learning code key for about 3 seconds, the indicator light will be on, and then release it. Press the left or right selection key of the remote control to select the remote control channel. After the remote control channel is confirmed, press the code-reading key on the back of the remote control, and the motor indicator light goes out, indicating that the code matching is successful.

2. Delete Code

Press and hold the motor learning code key for about 3 seconds, the indicator light will be on, and then release it; Press and hold the motor learning code key again for about 7 seconds, and the motor indicator light goes out, indicating that the remote control channel recorded by the motor is deleted.

3. Reverse

Press and hold the motor learning code key for about 11 seconds until the motor indicator flashes. Release the key and the motor will run in the reverse direction.

Tips: If the rotation of the main and auxiliary motors is found to be wrong, the brown line of the auxiliary motor must be reversed with the black line (for example, the brown line of the original auxiliary motor is connected with the white line of the main engine, and the black line of the auxiliary motor is connected with the red line of the main engine; the brown line of the auxiliary motor is changed to the red line of the main engine, and the black line of the auxiliary motor is changed to the white line of the main engine) Steering of auxiliary motor.
Tips: When the white line and red line of the auxiliary machine are empty, they must be wrapped separately with insulating tape, otherwise the white line and red line will be short-circuited together and the motor will be burned.

Intelligent Central Control

Intelligent central control interface (or 485 interface). Dry contact mode, contact time is more than 0.5 seconds. 485 mode, the agreement is subject to our agreement. The customer has a special agreement, which can be stated when ordering or customized.

The following three dry contact control modes are available for customers to choose, and the customer shall indicate A, B, or C when ordering.

Connection Between Motor and Track

The transmission box assembled at both ends of the crawler curtain track specially used with the motor, the main transmission box connected with the motor and the auxiliary transmission box at the other end; the operation method of connecting the motor to the track is as follows:

  1. Put the motor vertically 90° into the main transmission box.
  2. Rotate the motor 90° clockwise.
  3. After the motor rotates in place, push the clamp bolt into the clamping position of the main transmission box. After confirming that the clamp bolt is pushed in place, the connection between the motor and the transmission box is completed.
Note: When the motor is not well connected with the main transmission box, do not power on to avoid damaging the motor.
